Hapsburg Liebe, born Charles Haven Liebe (October 17, 1880 – October 1957), was an American author and screenwriter known for his contributions to Western pulp fiction. Born in Johnson City, Tennessee, Liebe's upbringing in the East Tennessee mountains deeply influenced his storytelling. Throughout his career, Liebe's works graced the pages of many magazines such as Adventure, The Black Cat, The Railroad Trainman, The Green Book Magazine, Boys' Life, and Florida Wildlife. To this day, Liebe's legacy in Western pulp fiction remains significant.
